Client deliverables we create for you are transferred to you according to the terms of your service agreement. Until full payment is received, RTB Visuals retains ownership of all unreleased work.

Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, scheduling tools, CRM software, and advertising networks. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s terms and policies, including advertising policies and content guidelines. RTB Visuals is not responsible for accounts being suspended, restricted, or banned by third-party platforms.

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, market, budget, and platform behavior. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, lead volume, or return on ad spend. Case studies and testimonials on this site represent real outcomes for specific clients and are not a promise of similar results for you.

Service fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are set in your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may pause work. You are responsible for any advertising spend, platform fees, or third-party tool costs incurred on your accounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTB Visuals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold RTB Visuals harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

1. Program description: By opting in through the chat widget on our website and checking the applicable SMS consent checkbox(es), you agree to receive text messages from RTB Visuals Inc. Customer care messages include inquiry responses, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups, and service updates. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may also receive special offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements. Customer care and marketing consent are collected separately.
2. Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again through our website.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
